Brookside Cemetery

Brookside Cemetery is run by the Quaker Farm Cemetery Association, which answers to the Christ Church, just up the road. Many years ago, a resident was discontented with the neglectful care of the cemeteries. When he died, in his will, money was bequeathed with the stipulation that it be used for the maintenance of the cemetery. There is another small cemetery on Captain Wooster Road. To this day, the voluntary association oversees these grounds.

You are now at the beginning of the Quaker Farms Area, and you will see historic homes on both sides of the road as you proceed 0.8 miles to Christ Church, which will be on your left.
